For each order placed on WWW.MANARESI.NET, Manaresi issues an invoice for the shipped material. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is authentic. No change in the invoice will be possible, after the issue of the same. Shipping and delivery costs are charged to the customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed. The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen at the time of the order. No additional costs or commissions are due to the Manaresi company. Products purchased through the WWW.MANARESI.NET site are delivered by express courier. Delivery times, if the goods are available at the time of purchase, are on average 24 hours for northern and central Italy and abroad, 48 hours for the south and the islands and some foreign parts, 72 hours for the disadvantaged localities and minor municipalities. The courier makes the first delivery without notice. In case of absence of the customer, the courier leaves a notice and retries delivery within 24 hours; in case of further absence, notice is left again and the customer is contacted by the courier for the third attempt. If this also fails, the Customer will be contacted by the Vignola mail box with which he will define the delivery details. If even the fourth attempt is not successful, the goods will be returned to Manaresi, with consequent cancellation of the order and nothing will be due to the Customer. No responsibility can be attributed to the Manaresi company in case of delay in processing the order. or in the delivery of the ordered goods.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, in any case, altered, also in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or registered letter with return receipt. Any report beyond these terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared. Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
