Grapes> early harvest during at the end of August, in order to keep the best freshness and acidity, the grapes are harvested by hand and selected at first glance and then put in small plastic crates.
Distinguishing characteristics> 100% Grechetto gentile grape, slightly aromatic varietal, small perlage, flowery, green apple and a slightly pear scent. It has the right balance between freshness and structure. A very versatile wine that goes with varieties of food, it is definitely great with specialties from Emilia and Italy in general. Serve cold, at 8 C°
