Docg Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto Classico Superiore

Grapes> Grechetto gentile 100%. Our cru. Grapes come from better rows of our south west facing vineyard, over 30 years old, which naturally gained its vegetational balance: original varietal aromas and flavors are guaranteed, along with freshness. The vines are grown and pruned with the “Guyot” system (the evergreen ‘doppio capovolto’). In the middle of September grapes are harvested by hand and selected at first glance and then put in small plastic crates.

Distinguishing characteristics> elegant, crispy, clean expression of our autochthonous Grechetto gentile, from this classic area of the ” Colli Bolognesi”. Aromatic varietal sensations are enriched by the fruit intensity, without losing any freshness and lightness.
